Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis if the refund request is received within 3 business days from purchase.

Our general refund policy is that no Refunds are granted. Under certain circumstances, a refund may be considered on a case by case basis.

Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the National Salon Suites Conference is canceled, registrants will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.
