Digital Downloads and Virtual Replays
There will be no refunds for any products by email, text message, streaming, or any other method that is digital.
Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the National Salon Suites Conference is canceled, registrants will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.
