Everything you need to know about getting to the 4th Annual National Salon Suites Conference, parking, transportation, and checking in is right here.
The National Salon Suites Conference will take place October 23–25, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Galleria in Atlanta, Georgia.
Conference Ticketing & Admission
The email address you used to purchase your ticket will serve as your admission pass.
To ensure a smooth check-in, please be prepared to show your confirmation email, receipt, or a screenshot of your ticket purchase if requested.
Additional information regarding registration and check-in times will be provided to registered attendees as we get closer to the conference.

For GPS or ride-share, enter the hotel address above.
The hotel is located in Atlanta’s Cumberland/Galleria area, near Cobb Galleria Centre, Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta.
Once you arrive, follow conference signage for NSSC registration and conference check-in.
Parking
On-Site Hotel Parking
Self-parking is available at the Embassy Suites Atlanta Galleria for approximately $30 per day.
In-and-out privileges are available.
Valet parking is not currently offered.
Parking rates and policies are determined by the hotel and are subject to change. Attendees who are not staying overnight at the hotel should confirm current event/day-parking rates upon arrival.
Ride Share & Public Transit
Ride Share
We highly recommend ride-share, as parking options are limited
Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the Atlanta area and are a convenient option for attendees who do not want to drive or park.
If you’re staying at the host hotel, you’re already where the action is — the conference will take place on-site.
Attendees staying at nearby hotels in the Cumberland/Galleria area may also find ride-share convenient for getting to and from the conference.
Public Transit to the Host Hotel
Public transportation is available, although ride-share or driving will generally be the simplest option for attendees traveling with luggage.
From Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, travelers can take MARTA north toward Midtown Atlanta and connect to transportation serving the Cumberland/Galleria area.
CobbLinc Route 10 and Rapid 10 connect the MARTA Arts Center Station with the Cumberland Transfer Center.
CobbLinc also operates a FREE Blue Circulator throughout the Cumberland area, connecting the Cumberland Transfer Center, Cumberland Mall, Akers Mill Square, Cobb Galleria and Truist Park.
Because routes and schedules may change, we recommend checking current MARTA and CobbLinc schedules before traveling.

Around the Host Hotel
One of the perks of this year’s location is being close to some of Atlanta’s most popular dining and entertainment destinations.
The hotel is approximately one mile from Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta, home to restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment.
The Cobb Galleria Centre and Cumberland-area shopping and dining are also nearby.
