Conference Ticketing & Admission
The email you used to purchase your ticket will serve as your admission pass. To ensure a smooth check-in, please also be prepared to show a screenshot, your receipt, or your confirmation email if requested.
Once you arrive, follow the signs for parking and conference check-in.
Parking
On-Site Hotel Parking
Covered Self-Parking (Garage) Available for about $34 per day, with in-and-out privileges.
Valet Parking Offered for approximately $48 per day, also with in-and-out access.
Ride Share & Public Transit
Ride Share
We highly recommend ride-share, as parking options are limited
If you’re staying near the host hotel, we recommend using ride-share to and from the conference.
Food and drinks will be available on-site for purchase, and accommodations are in place so you won’t need to return to your room during the day. You’ll also have a safe space for your belongings while you enjoy the conference.
Public Transit to the Host Hotel
From BWI Airport: Take the Light RailLink to Camden Station (short walk to the hotel).
From Penn Station (Amtrak/MARC): Ride the Charm City Circulator Purple Route (free) to the Inner Harbor.
From Within Baltimore: Use CityLink/LocalLink buses to the Inner Harbor area.
From Northwest Baltimore: Take the Metro SubwayLink, then transfer to a downtown bus or Circulator.
For the simplest option, use the hotel address in your GPS or your preferred rideshare app.
