These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of nationalsalonsuitesconference.com (the “Site”) and your participation in the National Salon Suites Conference (“NSSC,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing the Site, purchasing tickets, registering as a sponsor/vendor, or attending NSSC, you agree to these Terms.
1. Registration & Tickets

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by NSSC.

Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the event dates specified (October 24–26, 2025).

Entry requires proof of purchase (email confirmation/receipt). NSSC does not issue physical tickets.

NSSC reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone violating these Terms or engaging in disruptive behavior.
2. Refunds & Cancellations

NSSC maintains a no-refund policy for tickets, vendor packages, and sponsorships except in cases of event cancellation by NSSC.

If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, venue closure, government restrictions), registered participants will be notified, and NSSC will determine refund or credit options at its sole discretion.

Travel, lodging, and other expenses are the responsibility of the attendee and will not be reimbursed.
3. Sponsorships & Vendors

Sponsorship and vendor packages must be paid in full prior to the event.

Sponsors and vendors are responsible for providing logos, marketing materials, and required assets by published deadlines.

NSSC is not liable for errors in promotional listings caused by late or incorrect submissions.

Vendor space assignments are at NSSC’s discretion. Setup and teardown times will be communicated in advance.
4. Code of Conduct

All participants, sponsors, vendors, and attendees are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive actions may result in removal without refund.

Attendees are asked to silence mobile devices during sessions and limit disruptions.
5. Event Changes

NSSC reserves the right to modify speakers, schedules, vendors, or program content without notice.

Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds.
6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Attendance at NSSC is voluntary and at your own risk.

NSSC, its affiliates, sponsors, and venue partners are not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

By attending, you release NSSC from liability connected with participation in the event.
7. Media Release

By attending NSSC, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing, promotional, or archival purposes without compensation.

If you do not wish to be included, notify staff at registration and avoid media areas.
8. Intellectual Property

All NSSC materials, logos, and content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use NSSC content without written permission.
9. Privacy & Data Use

Personal information collected through the Site or registration is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By registering, you consent to receiving essential event communications. Marketing emails are optional and may be unsubscribed from at any time.
10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Baltimore, Maryland.
